Job Description:

We are a Japanese based online school. We teach the English language to our learners in all sorts of levels from beginners to advanced learners. We cater for kindergarten students to adult learners. 

We offer competitive rate plus incentives. 

Hourly rate: 110 to 180 

Incentives: 
- teacher's training fee 
- trial classes incentives 
- attendance incentives 
- Number of classes taken incentives (the more classes you take, the higher the incentive you can get for up to 4k a month) 
- total incentives can reach up to 5k a month on top of your base pay

Qualification

- the teacher must have a good command in English 
- computer savvy 
- Willing to work on Saturdays (Sat schedule: 8:30am to 7pm) 
- Online teaching experience to Japanese students is a plus. 
- Experience in level sorting is a plus. 
- Must be at least 20 years old 
- Working shift: 12PM-9PM PHT (weekdays) 
- Hourly basis (P110 to P140) for Novice Teachers 
- Hourly rate for Expert Teachers (150-180) 

TECH REQUIREMENTS: 
- Device: Desktop or laptop 
- Headset with extended microphone and noise-cancelling features. 
- High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam. 
- Minimum System Requirements of laptop or desktop 
- Operating System: Windows10 
- CPU: Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent 
- Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with minimum 60GB free hard disk space available 

- Network: Wired DSL Internet connection of at least 3 Mbps (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed) 

Highest Education Attainment:
College Graduate
