Job Location: Davao City

Job Description:

1. Maintenance of records and inventories. 
2. Ensure that process flows of documents and stocks are observed and documented. 
3. Receiving incoming stocks, supplies and materials from suppliers. 
4. Examination/inspection of items and documenting discrepancies and defects. 
5. Sticking labels/inventory codes unto items. 
6. Overseeing arrangement/piling/shelving of items in the warehouse. 
7. Assist in the issuance of stocks to requesting staff. 
8. Issuance of supplies to requesting departments/staff. 
9. Conduct spot inventory count, as directed. 
10. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse. 

11. Perform other tasks, as assigned. 


Qualification
1. Female 
2. Must be 24 to 30 yrs old 
3. Graduate of any 4 years business course 
4. Knowledge of and experience in warehousing activities highly preferred. 
5. Can do simple mathematics, situational analysis and simple reports. 
6. Interpersonal skills and can communicate well verbally. 
7. Flexible and can work with minimum supervision 

8. Computer literate and team player. 

Highest Education Attainment:
College Graduate
